You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and one-time verification codes. You must not share your account details with any other person. 89 PHP will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.

89 PHP reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an account, or request additional verification at any time, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
All deposits at 89 PHP are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly and credited to your account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet typically reflect within the same business day, subject to the processing schedules of the sending bank.
All funds deposited at 89 PHP are intended solely for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. 89 PHP does not accept deposits made using funds that belong to another person, funds derived from illegal activity, or funds specifically earmarked for non-gaming purposes.
Members may withdraw funds from their 89 PHP balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to Philippine-registered GCash wallets, Maya accounts, or bank accounts via InstaPay or PESONet.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of a confirmed withdrawal request. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
89 PHP reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where account activity triggers a review. Withdrawals requested by members who have not completed required verification will be held pending document submission.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in account suspension pending investigation.
All bets placed at 89 PHP are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming. 89 PHP cannot accept requests to void, amend, or cancel a bet after it has been placed except under the circumstances described in these Terms.
Sports and Esports Betting: Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser. In the event of a match postponement before it commences, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match begins and is subsequently abandoned, settlement rules depend on the amount of play completed — see the specific sport or game rules in your betting lobby for details. Void bets are treated as non-runners and stakes are returned to your balance.
Casino Games: All slot and card game outcomes at 89 PHP are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot title is disclosed within the game itself. Game malfunctions void all plays and returns stakes where technically applicable; where it is not technically possible to reverse a transaction, the decision of 89 PHP is final.

In cases of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, any balance that was obtained through or associated with the violating activity may be forfeited at 89 PHP's discretion.
By registering an account at 89 PHP, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and responsible gaming monitoring.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence 89 PHP operates. The decision of the Platform is final in matters of game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems.
89 PHP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a member — we will provide notice via your registered email address or a prominent notification on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
